Why I made these recipes
There was a time when starting my day with caffeine and gut-disturbing ingredients left me feeling more scattered than supported. Mornings felt rushed and reactive, and I often carried that unsettled feeling with me well into the day.
Things began to shift when I started choosing my first cup more intentionally. It was a small change, but it mattered. My energy felt steadier. My food choices felt clearer. The day simply felt more manageable.
At first, these blends were small experiments in my kitchen, part curiosity and part necessity. Over time, I realized I had only scratched the surface.
