Recipes & Rituals
I’ve always believed that the kitchen holds powerful wisdom. It’s the heart of my home, and a place I draw from when life gets loud or complicated, where nourishment is more than just food.
That’s where Salt & Well begins
There’s so much in the name. A salt well is a small, practical thing — a simple vessel filled to the brim with salt. I keep mine next to the stove as I’m cooking.
Salt is ancient. Long before it was just a seasoning, it was used to clear spaces, set boundaries, anchor energy and balance. It’s the alchemical container for transformation.
A well is depth. It is source. It is what exists beneath the surface. And what we can draw from when we’re ready for support.
To be well, at least for me, is about clarity: taking who you are and what you have right now and moving forward feeling resourced, steady, and whole.
And yes, there is a little playful directive in the name, too. Salt — and well. If you came here to cook and to eat, then you should know there will be flavor.
Salt & Well is where I share the recipes I’ve created for you, the practices that have supported me, and the deeper conversations that go beyond food.
If you’d like to read more about my story and what led me to create Salt & Well, you can find that here.
Food is one of the most tangible ways to experience how your body responds, adapts, and communicates. When you learn to pay attention there, it changes how you listen to everything else.
a practical guide to intuitive listening
The Body Wisdom Guide
The Body Wisdom Guide is a self-paced course on using a pendulum as a practical tool for intuitive listening. Through clear instruction, companion videos, and simple exercises, you’ll learn to reflect your body’s signals and translate them into visible feedback you can work with. This practice can support everyday decisions while helping you navigate the structure of elimination protocols. It helps build trust in yourself and the kind of resilience that comes from learning to listen more clearly. Nothing mystical required.
