The practice of intuitive listening

The Body Wisdom Guide

Elimination diets and food frameworks get a lot right.

But even when you follow them carefully, small questions still arise in everyday life.

This food is technically allowed, but does it actually work for me?
Am I leaning too heavily on one ingredient?
Am I ready to try a reintroduction?

The Body Wisdom Guide introduces a simple tool for listening more closely to your own signals: a pendulum. Through this practice, you’ll learn how to reflect the subtle responses your body is already giving you and translate them into clear feedback you can work with.

This isn’t about abandoning structure. It’s about letting your body participate in the conversation.

What you’ll learn

In The Body Wisdom Guide, I’ll walk you through how to use a pendulum as a practical tool for intuitive listening. You’ll learn to:

  • Ground yourself and quiet external noise so it’s easier to listen
  • Use a pendulum as visual feedback for muscle testing
  • Translate intuitive signals into something you can see and track
  • Ask clear, well-formed questions that lead to meaningful insight
  • Recognize the difference between intuition, fear, and wishful thinking
  • Apply this practice to food choices and beyond

This isn’t about outsourcing your decisions or handing your authority to a tool. This work helps build trust in yourself, ease doubt and fear, and strengthen the kind of resilience that comes from learning how to listen more clearly.

Why a pendulum?

A pendulum is a simple tool used in muscle testing that helps translate subtle internal responses into visible movement.

Instead of trying to interpret faint signals internally, the pendulum reflects those responses outward so they become easier to notice and work with.

There’s nothing mystical required. Think of it as a bridge between your focused attention and the deeper intelligence your body already holds.

If you’ve ever wished your body could simply tell you what’s working and what isn’t, this practice offers a way to start listening.

This experience is for you if —

  • You follow protocols but still find yourself second-guessing your needs.
  • You want structure and self-trust to coexist.
  • You’re curious about intuitive tools but want a grounded, practical approach.
  • You’re ready to reclaim personal authority in how you make decisions.
  • This is not for you if you’re looking for medical advice, predictive tools, or external authority to replace your own discernment.

Hi! I’m Christina

Why I teach this

I began working with intuitive tools alongside years of navigating autoimmune illness and elimination protocols. Over time, I realized that while food rules and nutritional frameworks were helpful, they weren’t enough on their own. Learning how to listen to my body beyond rules became essential and practical, not mystical.

The Body Wisdom Guide grew from that experience. It’s the approach I now use and share for listening more closely when traditional information alone doesn’t answer the questions that come up in everyday life.
